Is it because you are inspired, motivated, or pressured to do it?
When you decide to have oatmeal instead of pancakes in the morning; is it really because you prefer having oatmeal or is it because you did not eat healthy yesterday and you are trying to rebalance your food intake today?
Are you motivated by anxiety?
Are you forcing yourself?
Is it out of habit?
In every-thing that you do, what T-R-U-L-Y motivates you to do it?
Are you on autopilot or do you deliberately choose every action? In other words, are you deliberately forging your life experience or are you being controlled by life?
In your work, are you influenced by:
In your relationships, are you motivated by:
What sways you to take E-A-C-H action?
Are you influenced by your desires or by your fears?
Why do you do, E-V-E-R-Y-T-H-I-N-G that you do?
What is your purpose?
What is (are) your reason(s)?
Why do you do one thing rather than an-other?
Out of jealousy? Out of security? Out of joy? Out of obligation? Out of belief?
Once you are honest with your self (KNOW THYSELF) as to why you do the things you do, you can (if you want / need) change to do the things you do out of knowing, want and desire rather than out of ignorance, fear and obligation.
Channeling and Yoga Nidra are about calming the mental frenzy to energetically get to that place where the inception of true desire and inspiration come from. It is that place we call intuition and direct knowing, where your physical self (personnality) interacts with your nonphysical Self.
What barriers / limitations do you have intercepting that place? Are you receiving clear messages or veiled / split ones?
When you learn what your true ulterior motives are, you act from that place where what you really want to manifest, emerges.
