All purchases are non-refundable. Please do not duplicate or pirate Beyond StruKtureS’ work in any way. You are not permitted to share, sell, reprint or republish any other of our Program, Courses, Products, Services and Materials, including handouts and workbooks, for resale or mass reproduction purposes for your own business use. This includes sharing this program with your friends, family, colleagues, etc. If they would like access, they must purchase their own license separately.

Technology Disclaimer. We try to ensure that the availability and delivery of our Programs, Products, Services and Program Materials is uninterrupted and error-free, including our content and communications through methods like our Website, member forum, private Facebook groups, e-mail communications, videos, audio recordings, webinars, recorded webinars, teleseminars, recorded teleseminars, emails, downloadable Mp3 audio files, downloadable PDF printed transcripts, downloadable PDF handouts/slides, handouts, e-books, or any other materials provided by us to you. However, we cannot guarantee that your access will not be suspended or restricted from time to time, including to allow for repairs, maintenance or updates, although, of course, we will try to limit the frequency and duration of suspension or restriction. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will be not liable to you for damages or refunds, or for any other recourse, should our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials become unavailable or access to them becomes slow or incomplete due to any reason, such as system back-up procedures, internet traffic volume, upgrades, overload of requests to the servers, general network failures or delays, or any other cause which may from time to time make our Programs, Products, Services or Program Materials inaccessible to you.
MEDITATIONS - Before Downloading
Kindly note that some meditation scripts include journeying to various places (elevators, caves, mountain tops, etc.). If you are claustrophobic or scared of heights or have any other condition that might make you scared or unwillingly uncomfortable, then I ask again that you do not proceed further.
We recommend that you download one file at a time to avoid any download issues (not all internet connections or cellular data plans have the capability to download more than one file at a time!)
Android Mobile: Can download files directly to devices.
iOS Mobile: Due to Apple Software Restrictions on mobile devices (not computers), you must first download your files to a Mac or PC computer. Then, you can open your files in iTunes and sync to your iPod/iPad/iPhone.
Due to the many variables associated with each individual’s computer, from what kind of software you own, to the version of your computer’s operating system, we are unable to coach you on how to set up this download on your Computer, iPod, iPad, iPhone, Smartphone or Tablet.
